Exiles of Fate has been around Zenedar since the age of vanilla wow (or wow classic).
During the years, EoF has always tried and most of the times succeded in being in the top 3 alliance guilds on this server. We have competed with many other (now disbanded) guilds for the famous no.1 server kill and will continue to do so in the next challenges thrown at us by blizz.
Not long ago, before the wotlk release, EoF had divided into two guilds: EoF and Fate. The reasons for this split are irrelevant at this moment. What is important is that even if some raiders have left we managed to start raiding in wotlk and we now have a core of raiders that dedicate themselves to continuing the EoF history.

The guild atmosphere, including ventrilo and gchat is friendly, we respect each other and we respect the officers. But, during a raid, especially progress raids, we get serious and give our best, we analyze what is wrong and try to find solutions. We expect people to concentrate for 3-4 hours, during the raid, even if it's a farm raid.

Regarding our members, we have always tried to keep a healthy raid core with high attendance (at least 80%) from every member. We don't use rotations and we don't swap people during a raid unless it is absolutely necessary in order to kill a boss.
Basically, we expect all raiders to show up to all raids, so we don't have to improvise using respecs or invite a casual.
If a member cannot attend the raids for a long period of time, thus resulting in a decrease in overall performance, we will recruit someone else.

Before you apply to join us we ask that you consider the following:

- if you are coming here to stay
- if you consider yourself a mature person and not : a drama queen, a loot whore, a raid junkie or something in the lines
- if you understand english and able to speak on ventrilo (we don't need you to tell us stories of your life, but be able to talk in a raid encounter)
- if you consider you have the skill to play your character to the full extent, the time to invest in perfecting your skills (including reading theorycrafting forums, spreadsheets etc.)
- if you have the time to play the game now and in the future
- if u posess the knowledge to install and update required addons for raiding

Regarding the trial period:

Trial period lasts for a minimum of two weeks and can be prolonged if the officers think it's necessary. During the trial we look at the following:
- your attendance to raids
- your performance in raids
- your attitude towards other members
- your loot "hunger"
Also, during the trial period, members have priority over trials on loot.

If you get accepted and will start raiding with us we expect the following:

- always be online at the raid starting time and wait outside the instance
- always use the best enchants & gems for your gear
- always have the required consumables for your class and we will support you, if the bank has the stocks
- always perfect your rotations, spec, combos, study tactics before a new boss, analyze what you are doing wrong and fix it (if that happens)
- not go emo because you are not invited at a raid
- not go emo because the raid leader raised his voice on vent following a major fail
- always post in the Not available thread if you cannot attend a raid
- visit the guild forum at least once a day

Raid schedule:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 19:15 - 23:30 GT (game time)
Friday, Saturday - Free
Raid end time may be prolonged if members agree, especially during progress raids.

After reading all of the above and still think you are the right person to join us please check out the application template
